Meet the Leadership Team

  • Lee Hardham
  • Founder & CEO

From high achieving media executive to Brauz Founder and CEO, Lee’s journey has always been hallmarked by vision, drive, leadership and innovation. Lee’s vision for Brauz was to utilise technology as a human resource, not a method of human redundancy.

In his position at News Corp Australia, Lee worked closely with some of Australia’s leading retailers, giving him insights into the challenges they faced in an increasingly digital world. Lee realised the global retail market was a long way behind where it could be in the digital space. This drove him to leave his high- paying position and create Brauz.

Over the past few years Lee dedicated his life to making his vision a reality, believing in data with purpose. Lee aimed to inspire creativity and innovate without boundary. As Brauz’ founder, Lee has ensured that the company’s products and services all match this vision. His values-based approach has secured over $1.25M in Angel Investment, and a continuously growing team.

  • Rajesh Yeluri
  • Co-founder & CTO

As the tech leader at Brauz, Rajesh brings over 10 years of experience as an enterprise systems architect with a range of expertise. Rajesh’s experience spans throughout Australia, USA, UK and India, with companies such as HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland. His expertise includes IoT engineering, big data systems and integrations, database and network security, as well as predictive modelling and analytics.

Jason has 10 years-experience as a media professional in business development, which has seen him close high-level deals on large Australian companies. His skill and character has closed major partnerships for Brauz, including Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, Geelong City Council, and The Council of Textiles and Fashion.

  • Creative Director

Justin Tumilaar has been in the graphic design industry for 10 years. Working with companies such as Disney, Pepsi, GE, Of ceworks, and Telstra. He’s been a guest lecturer with RMIT and sat on the Torrens University Academic Board representing design students across Australia. Justin’s wide array of design and community engagement experience ensures Brauz’ launch into the market is successful, and makes life easier for retailers and end-user alike.

  • Marketing Manager

Monica has 4 years of marketing and communications experience with previous companies such as Renault Australia and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. With a Masters in Marketing Communications from The University of Melbourne, and a passion for shopping and technology, Monica ensures the Brauz brand always maintains the right balance.

  • Senior Financial Accountant

Mirlind brings 8 years of finance and accounting experience to Brauz, with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in accounting and finance and a minor in business law. He has a wealth of knowledge gained as a public practice accountant at reputable, mid-tier accounting firms. Mirlind’s expertise spans across business, finance, corporate governance and contract law.
